Shizuoka Factory
January 1993: Shinwa Co., Ltd. established its Shizuoka Factory in a small village in Nishiizu, Shizuoka Prefecture, with the aim of providing employment opportunities for local residents.
Starting with just a single piece of equipment, the factory expanded its production area and introduced cleanroom facilities, which were still relatively uncommon at the time.
Focusing primarily on the inspection of optical films and related products, in 1997 we began producing the first mobile navigation displays using PC PLATE.
In 2001, we started production of Display Unit Assemblies.
As part of these developments, we obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications in 2005, establishing a factory committed to meeting customer needs while also taking environmental considerations into account.
From 2015, we expanded our focus overseas. In order to meet the needs of customers in the United States and Mexico, we began VMI deliveries and direct transportation, and established SNW Inc. in the United States.
We continue to strive for further growth by constantly proposing new products and pursuing new opportunities.
