The Yamagata Facory is home to one of the prefecture's leading industrial parks.Located in Higashine, it started operation in April 2004. It is a newly built factory that has grown its business since its establishment. We process, inspect and ship optical films. Starting with a single press and laminating machine, and introducing cut & press together with flat plate press. we continue to grow even now.

At the Yamagata Plant, most of the supervisors are in their 30s, and half are women. Some employees have been given job titles by part-time employees, and those who are motivated and who have a high degree of contribution can aim for career advancement regardless of gender, age, or years of service.

There is a large cherry tree on the premises. We cultivate seasonal plants at our feet and welcome our customers. We are also focusing on beautification activities with the aim of creating a factory that makes people who have visited once want to come again. All employees also weed and clean the premises on their own to maintain a clean environment at all times.

The Yamagata Factory is located in Higashine City, a region famous for producing cherries in Yamagata Prefecture. The processing area in the factory is one floor, and there is no obstacle between the processes, and it is possible to produce as a whole while coordinating. Since the start of operations in April 2007, we have repeatedly introduced new equipment and are still taking on the challenge of new manufacturing.
